For those who travel outside Japan and require COVID-19 PCR negative certificates, we have been providing PCR tests as one of the government-authorized medical facilities.

The price is different based on the destination due to the different requirements from each country.

We do PCR tests by saliva which is the safer way to collect samples to prevent virus spread.
However, for those who are flying to China and Vietnam, we do PCR tests by nasal swab since this is required by each government.

Travelers who are entering Indonesia and Thailand need fit to fly/ health certificates as well.
Documents will be written in English with our official stamps and doctor’s autograph.

Please make sure that you make reservation 2 days prior to departure.  Please bring your passport with you on the test day.

Negative certificates will be provided on the next day in AM if samples are collected in AM.  Otherwise, they will be ready to provide on the next day around 6 PM.

H30年の年始は1/4（木）から診療を開始させていただきます。木曜日ですので午前診のみですのでご注意ください。

12/8（金）は月に一度の介護認定委員会のため、午後の診療開始時間が15時からとなります。

11/8（水）の午後診は16時から、10（金）は15時から、29（水）は16時からとなります。
午前診は変更ありません。よろしくお願いいたします。
